4. Vendor Responsibilities

Service Quality: Vendors are responsible for delivering services as advertised and agreed with clients.

Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations related to their services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Payment: Customers are responsible for paying the full amount for services booked through the platform.

Cancellations: Any cancellations or changes to bookings must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined by the vendor.

Service Reviews: Customers may leave honest feedback, but false or defamatory reviews are prohibited.

6. Payment and Fees

Transaction Processing: Payments are securely processed through Nhyiamu’s platform. Vendors will receive payments once the service is confirmed as completed.

Service Fees: Nhyiamu may charge a commission or service fee on transactions, which will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Vendor Cancellation Policy: Each vendor sets their cancellation and refund policy, which customers must review before booking.

Nhyiamu Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to violations of these terms or in cases of fraud or illegal activities.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between customers and vendors, Nhyiamu will act as a mediator. Both parties must cooperate with our team to reach a fair resolution. However, Nhyiamu is not liable for any unresolved disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nhyiamu is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. Vendors are solely responsible for the services they provide.

All content on the Nhyiamu platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Nhyiamu. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

By using Nhyiamu, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.
